Need help fixing Washing machine !!

It's a Kenmore HE3T giving an F13 fault. Does anybody know what this means, or have a helpful site ?

If that washer has a computer that runs it I would suggest you get a pro to look at it to not void the warranty...JMO

It's a $1300 machine and only about 4 years old.

Either the board is reading it wrong or its the motor seems like to me. I do this for a living everyday actually. I am a maintenance supervisor over a wake forest complex and these kids have all these problems. Nice site you found though! Let me know what you find out!
